The place is in the lap of nature. Homestay owners are so warm and welcoming. There can be seen an orchid nursery, organic garden beside the homestay. Some lovely dogs, beautiful succulents, a hot cuppa of ginger tea life is almost heaven!

Its a horror house, with extremely shabby stinking rooms, full of big black spiders, poisonous insects , toads inside the room. Dirty washrooms with broken glass windows. Dirts and garbage strewn everywhere. The person do the booking on behalf of the original owners is nothing better than a fraud and a cheat he takes majority of the amount as his commision md give very less to the owners. Food is sure to cause poisoning with chicken and paneer as sour and hard like stone. Shady occupants into something other business. Please, don't even dare to take kids along its a death trap. With the Same amount can avail better hotel accomodation. Run for life as far as poasible from this place.

It is one of my beautiful and memorable experience of my life... When I visited over here this was a virgin village with hardly tourist visiting a peaceful and mind freshness tour in between nature where, I mostly visit Sikkim only because of those innocent people over there. I still remember the way they treated us with open heart ... And there was never the word "no" they never went to study any hospitality industry but they know the actual meaning of hospitality what people after learning 3 years can't understand to follow.

Stayed here for a night in March 2021. Home stay is the segment and very friendly people who help as much as they can. The location is off beat and commercial crowd is not available here. The view from the homestay is amazing. On a clear sky you will see higher ranger, routes, and Gangtok city too. There is a trek possible if staying here going up into the forest named Jhandi Dara. Food is amazing they make some authentic homely style lunch dinner. Barbeque and bon fire is available on additional pay. You can ask them for the traditional millet drink served in bamboo glass. Overall I say spend your last day of the trip here and you will feel relaxed to the core. Note : Don't expect wifi, and high style amenities. Disclaimer : Sophisticated people must stay away.
