9 months agoI had the most wonderful experience staying at Ugyen's Nook Homestay in East Sikkim. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I instantly felt at home. The cleanliness of the homestay is top-notch — the rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and peace. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the hosts — they went out of their way to make sure every need was taken care of, always with a smile. Their warmth, humility, and eagerness to share their culture made the stay truly memorable. The food deserves a special mention — every meal was freshly prepared with love, showcasing authentic local flavors. It was not only delicious but also nourishing, making it feel like a home-cooked treat in the lap of the mountains. Overall, Ugyen's Nook is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting East Sikkim. You’ll leave with a happy heart and beautiful memories.

8 months agoAritar , a little line of prettiness between Kalimpong and Sikkim , surrounded by clouds and flowers unknown. An wonderful offbeat with monestry , lakes and unnamed valleys of utmost beauty . In the midst of such a wonderful place is our Ugyen's Nook Homestay, a homestay so cozy and comfortable that it feels no lesser than home , especially for those who love mountains . All thanks to the owner of this homestay who not only cooked us wonderful delicacies but let my friend experiment his cooking skills at the hills ( it was actually really great 👍🏻) . His behaviour towards his guests and giving the guest the best of unexplored to explore is something that must be appreciated. As a person who loves mountain , I recommend this place for an experience above-mentioned and beyond 🫶🏻
