3 months agoI can highly recommend staying here. The cottages were incredibly cozy, very well built, and everything was perfectly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from the balcony just beautiful. Sagar was a wonderful host – very caring, always helpful, and he gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. The food was absolutely amazing. I especially recommend the local food – it was delicious and thoughtfully adapted to our needs (no chili), which we really appreciated. This place made our stay truly special, and we would love to come back anytime.

3 months agoWe had a wonderful stay! Sagar is an incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive host who truly cares about his guests. The cottages are beautiful, very clean, and come with a private bathroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had during our entire trip in Sikkim. The local food was excellent and lovingly prepared. The place is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The room with a balcony has a stunning view of Kanchenjunga. Sagar was always helpful and even invited us to his village. We felt very welcome and had a great time with his family. Highly recommended!

2 months agoI have been travelling to offbeat places of North bengal/Sikkim and till date, Sagar vai & his family have given me the best experience. The ambience, new friends I met in one week and the ownership taken by Sagar vai & his family are simply the best. Exploring Hee-Bermiok would still be in my list to meet the wonderful family & visit the beautiful village.

3 months agoPAKHERA BARI RETREAT is a wonderful homestay with a beautiful view that makes the stay truly relaxing. The staff are very well-behaved, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean, with fresh and hygienic bed sheets, which made our stay comfortable. It was a fun and memorable experience with friends and family. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.

3 months agoOne of the few hidden gems in Sikkim, the owner Sagar ji will take care of you as if you are his own family member. The food, hospitality and every small details were taken care of. And talking about the stay, we were just blown away with the decor and quality of the stay in such a remote location with stunning view of Mt Kanchenjunga. Will be definitely coming back soon
