7 months agoI stayed at Pakhera Baari Retreat in March 2025. The homestay was amazing to stay at. Rooms were very clean, nice and the breathtaking view of mountains from room just amazed us. At night also, we witnessed a wonderful view of nature. Food cooked were also delicious and we were welcomed and looked after very nicely by all people here. In all,a must stay place if you visit West Sikkim.

5 months agoI can highly recommend staying here. The cottages were incredibly cozy, very well built, and everything was perfectly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the view from the balcony just beautiful. Sagar was a wonderful host – very caring, always helpful, and he gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. The food was absolutely amazing. I especially recommend the local food – it was delicious and thoughtfully adapted to our needs (no chili), which we really appreciated. This place made our stay truly special, and we would love to come back anytime.

5 months agoWe had a wonderful stay! Sagar is an incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive host who truly cares about his guests. The cottages are beautiful, very clean, and come with a private bathroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had during our entire trip in Sikkim. The local food was excellent and lovingly prepared. The place is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The room with a balcony has a stunning view of Kanchenjunga. Sagar was always helpful and even invited us to his village. We felt very welcome and had a great time with his family. Highly recommended!

6 months agoThis is one of the top homestays in West Sikkim. The owner's behavior is very friendly. I suggest that everyone stay here. The view and cottages were exceptional. It was a wonderful stay with them.

5 months agoPAKHERA BARI RETREAT is a wonderful homestay with a beautiful view that makes the stay truly relaxing. The staff are very well-behaved, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean, with fresh and hygienic bed sheets, which made our stay comfortable. It was a fun and memorable experience with friends and family. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.
