a month agoStaying at Mayallyang Home Stay and glamping was an unforgettable experience, it's picturesque beauty and warmth of our host made it more amazing. The serene environment, breathtaking views of surroundings provides a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Samsay prepared delicious meals - each of her dish was crafted with care using fresh local ingredients. She took care of my little one(4yr old) so lovingly. Insightful conversation with Gyatso made us learnt a lot. We are more aware and conscious now to follow ecotourism and will try to become more responsible. Their Pets are very friendly- Oreo and cats are so loving. Suraj is the best guide and genuine person. In all, it's a place where you can truly relax, rejuvenate and create lasting memories.

2 months agoExtremely beautiful place with a homely vibe located in the lap of nature. The hosts- Mr.Gyatsho and Mrs. Samsay along with their team took utmost care of the guests. Mrs.Samsay is an extremely good cook and dished out not only scrumptious but also nutritious meals for us. A lovely place, would love to come back here again.

a year agoOne of the best experiences I've had while traveling in India. Got an authentic taste of life in the mountains. The rooms are clean, the location is serene, the food is excellent (and authentic), the hosts are wonderful!

2 years agoGyatsho and Samsay were great hosts! We celebrated our first wedding anniversary there and they were kind enough to bake us a cake and make our evening a little more special. Samsay cooked great food with fresh veggies from her garden and the forest. Sound of the river throughout the day is best part of the stay where it brings you closer to the nature. They have a great collection of books and moreover a place for great conversation on conservation and sustainability. You can do a quick hike to the nearby river, waterfalls and villages around. Can't wait to get back and experience the serenity and peace. :)

a year agoDefinitely a milestone to happiness Samsay's yummy food Gyatso Anum's animated talks And lovely children who were the best host!! Rooms were comfortable and clean Eco tourism in true sense We were very happy that our kids enjoyed the walk up to the Gumpa and with all the natural surroundings. Away from the internet madness for 3 days ended perfectly well ... Waiting for the new camping area project. Ended well with veggies from kitchen garden ☺️
