Welcome to our homestay hosting platform. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services as a host. By creating a listing and using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
You must ensure that your homestay listing is accurate, truthful, and complete. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, amenities, rules, and policies. Your listing must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information.
When you receive a booking request, you must respond promptly and within 24 hours. If you decline a booking request, you must provide a reason for the decline. If you accept a booking request, you are obligated to provide the accommodations as described in your listing.
You are responsible for setting the nightly rate for your homestay accommodations. Our platform will collect payment from guests on your behalf and pay you according to the payment schedule you have selected. We will retain a service fee for our services.
You are expected to communicate professionally and courteously with your guests. You must respond promptly to any messages or requests from guests. If a guest complains about your accommodations or services, you must make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
If you need to cancel a booking, you must do so as soon as possible and notify the guest immediately. Depending on the circumstances, you may be subject to penalties or fees. If a guest cancels a booking, our cancellation policy will apply.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your property and homestay accommodations. Our platform does not provide insurance coverage for hosts or guests.
Compliance with Laws:
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to your homestay accommodations. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required by your local government.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our platform at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these terms and conditions.
Any disputes between you and a guest must be resolved directly between you and the guest. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to resolve it through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by any modifications. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms and conditions.
By creating a listing and using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our platform as a host.
