Refund and Cancellation Policy


Thank you for choosing us. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, cancellations can cause significant inconvenience to both our guests and our team. Therefore, we have developed the following cancellation policy to ensure that cancellations are handled fairly and efficiently.

Cancellation deadline:
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit or payment made.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit or payment made.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to re-book the room(s) for the same period. If we are successful in re-booking the room(s), we will refund the deposit or payment made, less a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be considered last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Fee:

For last-minute cancellations, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.

Refund policy:
If the guest cancels their reservation before the cancellation deadline, we will refund their reservation deposit in full within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation notice. If the cancellation notice is received after the cancellation deadline, no refund will be issued.

Partial cancellation:
If the guest decides to shorten their stay after they have checked in, they will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining nights.

No-shows:
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date and does not notify us of their cancellation, they will not receive a refund.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of documented emergencies or unavoidable situations, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis to determine if exceptions can be made to the policy.

By making a reservation with us, guests agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Please note that any early departures or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
