Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation: A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days prior to the tour start date.

• 15 Days or More Before Travel: 100% refund of advance payment.

• 10–14 Days Before Travel: 50% refund of advance payment.

• Less Than 10 Days Before Travel: No refund applicable.

• No Show / Early Departure: No refund will be provided.

• Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions, we will reschedule the trip where possible, subject to availability.

• Valid ID proof (mandatory for permits)

• Warm clothing (especially for Zuluk evenings/mornings)

• Comfortable walking shoes

• Medicines for motion/altitude sickness

• Power bank, torch, and cash (ATMs are limited)

• Personal water bottle and eco-friendly disposal bags
