We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful heritage property for a day in December 2025. The host was graciously welcoming and very attentive throughout our stay. For me, the main attraction was the location and the view—it was incredibly tranquil and soothing. We will definitely visit again.

Rooms don't have room heaters and electric kettle which we felt were very necessary and basic given the weather condition. Last 15 kilometres of the road was little bad.

WE WERE REALLY.....REALLY SATISFIED WITH *MOST CORDIAL* BEHAVIOUR & *GREATEST HOSPITALITY* OF THE O-W-N-E-R MR R.B.BISTA( PRESIDENT OF DENTAM TOURISM DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY) & HIS FAMILY MEMBERS . THE *HEARTIEST & VALUABLE* COOPERATION OF BISTA JI IN 'EVERY ASPECT' WILL OBVIOUSLY BE 'EVER-MEMORABLE' .HE NOT ONLY ARRANGED 2 VEHICLES FOR OUR 6 DAYS TRIP OF OFF-BEAT SIKKIM ( SOUTH & WEST) AT REASONABLE RATE, BUT ALSO GAVE *COMPLIMENTARY FIREPLACE* IN HIS FANTASTIC 'ORGANIC GARDEN' IN THE EVENING OF 5/6 DEGREE CHILLY COLD FOR 3 - 4 HRS. I'VE CHOSEN IT FOLLOWING ITS P-A-S-T 'WELL-FAVOURABLE' REVIEWS & M-U-S-T 'STRONGLY RECOMMEND' EVERY GUEST TO 'KINDLY' SPEND A COUPLE OF DAYS AT THIS R-E-A-L OFF-BEAT SPOT JUST TO BREATHE *FRESH OXYGEN* & GET 180 DEGREE 'CLEAR VIEW' OF WORLD'S 3RD HIGHEST *MT KANCHENJUNGA* . IF YOU INTEND TO GET THE *TRUE FLAVOUR* OF 'HOMESTAY' & IF YOU WANT TO TAKE MOUTH-WATERING & DELICIOUS 'HYGIENIC & ORGANIC' FOOD YOU'RE 'SINCERELY REQUESTED' TO VISIT IT W/O HESITATION. IT HAS ALSO A *PLUS POINT* TO BECOME 'CROWDLESS' AS WELL AS TO MAKE 'SIGHTSEEINGS' OF NEARBY PELLING ( 38.1 KMS ) WITH PEMIYANGSHI MONASTERY, SINSHORE BRIDGE, KHETUPURI LAKE, SKY WALK, KANCHENJUNGA FALLS , CHHANGEY FALLS , RIMBI FALLS & RIMBI ORANGE GARDEN. MOREOVER, N-E-A-R-B-Y RED PANDA GATE ( ENTRY OF BARSEY RHODODENDRON SANCTUARY), CHHAYATAL LAKE , SIRIJUNGA STATUE & RINCHENPONG CAN ALSO BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THIS HOMESTAY. Perfect for exploring nature and village ambience at the mountains if that’s your thing. This is a farm stay where you can see various kinds of plants and animals, View of the Kanchenjunga and other snow covered peaks is also unique not something you can experience from anywhere else. Bista ji and his family is very courteous, food is homely and awesome. Only negative is the last patch of road to the homestay, for about 3 kms from hee patal market there is unpaved/ dirt road, there are lots of tourist attractions being built in that area, hope the government does something about the road too.
