Tashi Norkhil Villa & Homestay, Gangtok – Homestays Sikkim

Tashi Norkhil Villa was meant to be just a homestay for 2 days in our brief visit to Gangtok. It was our first experience of such kind! What we received over the period of 2 days was genuine care, kindness, and sincere attention. The calm vibes of Sangay ji and his family were in total sync with the surroundings. They also did help us plan our tour and provided us with an excellent driver - Ritesh ji, which made our travel absolutely pleasant and smooth over the next 2-3 days. We must here also mention the food, which was absolutely delicious yet homely (read nutritious) based on vegetables plucked from the home garden. Even if we were to jus stay there and not go any of the tourist spots, I would have been equally and even more relaxed and rejuvenated perhaps. And finally, how can we ever forget the magical evening in the open terrace which acted as nature's theatre. The whole view of Gangtok was breath taking and we could just sit in rapt wonder. To add to the allure of the magical evening, we even had the priviledge of enjoying a few amazing songs from Sangayji and his Mother, which will make the time spent with them etched in our memory for ever. We will always cherish the beautiful memories and would love to go back again.

First of all, I would like to talk about the hospitality. The hospitality is simply great. They treated us like a family. They provided breakfast and dinner for us on demand. We stayed 4 days there. All the three nights were magical. We enjoyed a lot. The view from the villa is also good. We used to have readymade coffee in our room. They also arrange vehicle for sightseeing in the city. Overall we had an awesome stay at their villa and we hope we will be going there again.

The best thing about the villa is it's staff , they are so mellow and will give you a family like environment . The location of the villa is extremely beautiful . The view from the window is so amazing that you will feel like sitting there for the whole day . Rooms are very clean and beautiful . They will provide you tasty food and you can select your menu . Transport facility is also available . We were there on new year they invited us in their family party , we had lots of fun . We stayed there for 3 days and made beautiful memories. Thankyou TNV&H

I wanted to stay lil far from Gangtok city crowd and contacted to Sanjay da without even knowing dada help me out in my trip itinerary. I booked this VILLA for 2 days. Loved the family and the hospitality and warm welcome I received that's the best part of my 10 days trip. Cadbury my furry daughter loved to roam around the garden with Sanjay dada not with us . Dada cooked delicious food for us, I never felt that am in someone's else place rather they always make us feel like family My mother collect squash from the garden, sanjay dada pack some organic guavas from his garden for our journey.
