a month agoA lovely place ,with lovely hosts.. A nice cozy homestay with surrounding views of lush green hills, one to die for!. The food, especially the dinner was delicious, organic, homegrown and homemade, a special mention goes for the varied 'achaars'. The rooms are clean, with cozy bedspread. The bathroom quite big, clean and with geyser. Guests are provided with free Wifi services as well..Again a special mention for the wooden attic rooms.. waiting to stay in one of them in our next visit. Pem Sangay ji and his family are such friendly & welcoming hosts, we loved them. Urgen, the elder son of the family was our trekking guide till Gorkhey, he guided our little daughter so well! It was a lovely experience for us, would surely visit again!

2 months agoThe place is beautiful with amazing scenic views, and the owner is extremely humble and helpful. Rooms and service are both very good. The only challenge is the location and road to reach here—Google Maps isn’t very accurate, which makes finding the exact route a bit tedious. However, the owner was kind enough to guide us over calls until we reached safely. Overall, a great stay once you get there!

2 months agoHad a really peaceful stay at this lovely homestay in Bhareng, Sikkim. The place is clean, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful hills. The hosts were warm and friendly, and the home-cooked food was delicious. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the calm of the mountains.

2 months agoThis place is an offbeat place. If you want peace and enjoy the nature you can choose this place. You may face power cut problem sometimes. There is no market or shop nearby so buy whatever is needed before visiting here. Homestay owner is very good host. You can go for a trekking till gorkey & samanden. view from homestay balcony is mesmerizing. Connectivity is a problem here. From jorethang to Bhareng you can book a share cab but it is not easily available, better to book a cab in advance.

a month agoThe homestay location is just at the starting of Gorkee trek.Rooms and washrooms are spacious ,with hot water and very well maintained and clean.The customer service is overwhelming with wonderful food and Owner Pemji knows to pamper his guests.Our stay for 3 days was extremely cosy,homely and memorable.
