Located in the heart of Padamchen, the resort provides excellent food, superb hospitality and unmatched sceneries of beauty of the mountains directly from the balcony & windows. The management is excellent. The rooms are spacious & the beds are comfortable. Proper full course bengali meals are served upon request, made by the skilled chefs. The ambience is minimalist & soothing. Special discounts & treatment is given to all travellers & riders. Overall attention to every minute detail is given to provide absolute "at home" comfort to the guests. Overall, best place I've stayed in the heart of silk route in all of my 4 trips to East Sikkim. Definitely booking this place again if I'm visiting East Sikkim.

Nestled in the midst of the Eastern Himalayas ,this Property is a must halt for the Nature wanderers . We have stayed for about 3 days,the over all service hospitality was stupendous. The rooms are clean with good mountain views. A big thumps up to bikers den Zuluk, must recommend. 👍👍

Recently stayed at the Sherpa Retreat and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the required amenities. The location was perfect and the views were majestic. The food was prepared with fresh ingredients and it was delicious. Our journey to Nathula pass,changu lake and Baba Harbhajan singh mandir was hassle-free only because of the assistance of the manager. The trip wouldn't have been so memorable if our manager wouldn't have gone out of his way to make things convenient for us and provide us with activities like bonfire. Sherpa Retreat exceeded my expectations and provided great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

First time we visited The Sherpa Retreat for 3 Days. Really unbelievable experience we ever had!!!! We met some great people like Mr. Arindam Chakraborty, who is a great human being & Joy Da, who is a funny & friendly, Sumon Da & other one who are great chefs & very much polite also. In one word, all are best. Last but not the list.... Homestay review details: 1. Location wise too much peace: Proximity to attractions and safety of the area. 2. Check-in/Check-out Process: Efficiency and friendliness of staff during arrival and departure. 3. Room Quality: Cleanliness, size, comfort of the bed, and amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi). 4. Service: Staff friendliness, responsiveness, and willingness to assist with requests. 5. Value for Money: we can compare of the cost against the quality and services provided. 6. Dining Options: The quality of food is better than our expectations, variety, and dining atmosphere also best. 7. Overall Experience: Personal impressions, whether we’d recommend it.

Value for Money stay at Pademchen. Plz note you have to Park on the road, that may not be a problem. Rooms are OK. Manager is very Sweet speaking person when you stay there.
