3 months agoYou can only stumble upon a place like this as the Internet Gods would rarely be kind enough to flood your search results with quaint places like these. The super warm hosts add to the charm along with the myriad birds that pass through. There can't be any to-do list for things to do once you are here except however walking to Doling monastery, staying for a good couple of hours and getting tea and omelettes on the way back at the fair price shop.

2 years agoIf you are looking for a serene and peaceful getaway in South Sikkim, this is the place to be in. Located about 6 kms from Ravangla (Cabs are easily available, hosts also help to arrange a cab from Ravangla), the setting of the homestay is picture perfect. You can take a walk through the forest and reach Doling Monastery, where you can spend some quiet time by the lake. The food deserved a special mention. Everything served here is straight from their own farms and the best organic food experience you can have. The hosts are very hospitable, caring and are always up for a conversation and help you with recommendations and arrangements of transport. I had a great experience overall. I travelled alone, found the overall journey very smooth and safe as well. Highly recommended for the ones who look for an unconventional travel experience.

4 years agoBeautiful and peaceful place to stay in b/w the greenery. The owners(Deepak ji and his family) were very friendly, helpful and made us feel like at home. Also the homemade food was so tasty. Happy to have visited this place.

6 years agoIf you like to spend a quality time with nature, book this home-stay. Situated 6 KM away from Rabangla Main Market at Selep Village. Homely atmosphere, Green landscape, various local flowers, but food quality need to improve.
