Priyanshu Homestay

We had a stay here recently for a single night & that single night turned into my worst nightmare ever. The place is very good but the hospitality is very bad. The lady here is running the homestay like a hostel. People are going to visit there & relax. No wonder there will be late nights & a bit of hussle. Still we were staying as per their direction. But She has fixed timings for everything, sleeping, eating, visiting & she is not even ready to consider 10-15 mins delay in that place. A male staff was there who came to call us at night for dinner at 9:30pm. We politely told him to just give us 10 mins. He didn't consider that & on-top of that the lady came running to our room & started shouting. She told us simply at our face that if we don't go then & then, she will not give us dinner. Another staff also told us the same thing in the morning. "9:30 baje aana hai nehi to Khana nehi Milega." In the evening they were serving tea & snacks in every room but refused to do the same for us. They forced us to go to the dining hall for tea. Morover their facial expression & response is very bad. While having lunch we were giving our order for dinner. We were 6 people & we ordered for 12 rotis & 4 plate rice. We were planning to share that among us. The lady owner, after hearing the order, gave an obnoxious expression & rolled her eyes, said "Bapre!!" The rooms were full of insects. We didn't say anything because we thought its because of the surrounding jungles. It may happen. They didn't give us any towel or soap. There were no dustbin in the rooms. We didn't say anything for that, we just asked for a soap & towel. For each & everything we asked, they gave us an irritating look. We asked them about the barbecue services whether it's available or not. We didnt even order anything. We were just asking if it's available or not. The lady told us very rudely, "we won't give you any extra service." At night around 11:45 she came knocking on our door, shouting & creating scene. She was shouting, "aplog so jao, bohot Raat ho gayi", we were playing no music, no box, nothing, just talking among ourselves. One more thing is that on every topic, she was threatening us that police will come. We asked her if we could take our food to our room, she said, it's not allowed & police will come after this. but she was giving food to others in their room. We asked for a little bit of extra time for dinner, she said police will come. We plainly told her once before leaving that we have stayed in a lot of places before but we never have encountered such an unpleasant experience. She said police will come. In the morning, we payed our dues, didn't spoke a word & left. But it's a humble suggestion for everyone who reads this. Don't ever consider this stay. Even others around this homestay were telling us repeatedly that the staffs here are very problematic. The staffs here just spoiled our mood. The place is beautiful but we couldn't enjoy a bit due to their behaviour.

One of the worst stay I had in my entire life. Why so bad - Let me explain from the start. The rooms which they provided is very small and congested. But here that's not the issue when you are on trip things like this can be adjusted. Now the main thing - The owner of this stay is the worst night mare for all guest and for us. She was not at all helpful nor friendly.She is threatening from the very first moment we entered in this homestay. You have to eat now , you have to sleep now . Many things, she was shouting everywhere behaving very badly. She told us we don't give any extra service which include - towels , soap, dustbin or barbeque. She is creating scene in every situation whether it's tea time lunch or dinner. At night we are chilling inside our room . Around 9:30 pm she came and told "abhi k abhi khane aao nhi to mein sab kuch lock kr dunga , bhuka so jana". Her small girl was also misbehaving shougting. She knocked around 11:30 and telling us you have to sleep now. It's our place you have to do what we say. He talked with our driver badly didn't give any food or water to him and so many more things. "BECAUSE OF HER INSULTING BEHAVIOUR WE DIDN'T HAD OUR DINNER AND ALSO WE SKIPPED OUR BREAKFAST" Early morning we gave her money what she asked for , not told a single word and we left. We got bad reviews from nearby homestays as well as from some local near aritar lake. When he asked where you guys are staying? I replied priyanshu homestay. That guy also said , the owner is very bad. We are forced to stay as it was in the package. But if you ever got stuck or had an option to stay here. Just change this stay. Very bad , never stay here. If it's possible , I would have given zero star. Because behaviour of people makes a place better. You can't even expect the bare minimum here.

A truly amazing homestay with the most caring people. The hospitality they provided was truly spectacular. The food was flavourful, the rooms were clean, the washrooms had working geysers, and the blankets were spotless. An additional benefit is the beautiful lawn and balconies. It was situated by the main road which was easy to navigate. Would 100 percent recommend, especially for family tours.

Excellent place to visit. Rooms are newly built just last year. Very neat and clean. Superb hospitality and delicious food. Special thanks to Mrs Roshni, the owner of the home Stay. A view point nearby is fantastic. There is a high point just in front of the house, full of Sinkona trees. It will be a mini trek to enjoy the chirping of many birds.
