2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our contact forms.
- In most cases, customers book through us. Some listings may direct you to book directly with the host.
- We may require an advance payment or security deposit depending on the host or location.
3. Payments & Cancellations
- Some properties require advance payments, while others accept payment on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 10 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
- Any bank charges or transaction fees during refund will be borne by the customer.
4. User-Generated Content
- Users may submit reviews, comments, or photos on our platform.
- We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our guidelines.
5. Homestay Vetting & Liability
- We strive to list verified and quality-checked homestays.
- However, Homestays Sikkim does not guarantee the performance, amenities, or safety standards of any third-party homestay.
- In case of disputes, service issues, or unexpected disruptions, we will assist you in resolving the matter, but we are not liable for third-party faults or acts beyond our control.

- You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
7. Modifications
