Mandavya Homestay

As a solo female traveler I felt really comfortable and safe. I had a big room with a very comfy bed and a beautiful view. Also the family was very helpful and so so nice. And the food was better then in many restaurants I ate before!!

Very good homestay in Pelling. Good view of trees and mountains from the balcony. Good hospitality provided by the owner and his family. We had asked the homestay owner to arrange car for us as we had cancelled the pre-booked cab as that vehicle was not good. The homestay owner helped us by arranging his own new car for local sightseeing and gangtok drop. Most of the roads were bumpy, damaged and has many curves and slopes. He took extra care while driving when we mentioned about back pain problem. The homestay location is little far from the main market area, but the food provided in the homestay is hygienic, homely and tasty. They cook infront of us and serve hot and fresh food.

This is a great homestay in pelling. We stayed here for three nights in May and were completely satisfied with the services. Bishiswar Ji and his family took utmost care of us and made sure that we dont face any issues. The location is a bit interior but Bishiswar Ji will drop you to the main market whenever needed. We had booked the room 202 which had the best view in their homestay. You can easily relax in your balcony sipping your tea while watching snow capped mountains. Also the food served to us in breakfast and dinner was very delicious and homely. We had booked the sightseeing tours from them and were very satisfied. Overall the main USP of this homestay is their hospitality which cannot match any other place you stay.

I have visited Pelling (along with Ravangla and Bijanbari) last summer. ( I know its quite late to write a review !!), Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the homestay. The room was quite specious and clean, the food was awesome and overall the hospitality we received from the owner is unforgettable. I must say thanks to the owner and all his family member for all this.

The host was really nice, and the service was great. The rooms were big, clean, and well-kept. The food was delicious, and the location was good. Plus, you get an awesome view of Kanchenjunga. The host and their family were kind and helpful. I strongly suggest this place for your Pelling trip.
