Chachal Enchanted Riverside Camping

It is a mesmerizing campsite located near Rolep, whereby the Rongpokhola river is paasing with its enchanted beauty. I stayed there for a night. The experience can't be expressed with words. Far away from the chaos of the busy world, it is a suitable place if you want to detox yourself or to enjoy the nature in its raw form. In monsoon, people generally avoid trekking or riverside camping. But, the nature can be found in another form of beauty. The host and the team members are very helpful. Roshan Ji is truly a very humble person. His love for nature would make you surprised truly. Prabhat, Vishal, Dilip, Rajkumar and others - every team members are so friendly and cooperative, you won't find it boring at all. Last but not the least, your furry guide, Bruno will escort you through out your journey and stay at Chachal. Internet connection is good, but we found it more rejuvenating when our phones were off and we were just chilling by the moonlit falls and river with the host and team members. I would surely visit again and would recommend others as well. N.B. If you are going to Chachal, choose bigger tourist cars over small cars, the road condition is horrible. Thank me later or you would regret.

The absence of electricity adds to its vintage charm, making it a truly unique and adventurous experience. If you love nature and want to disconnect from the modern world, this is the perfect place. The hospitality was amazing, with warm and friendly behavior from everyone. Special thanks to Roshanji, the wonderful owner, for making our stay so memorable. Also, a big shoutout to Provat for his exceptional service! Our only request would be to have a dedicated toilet for ladies, but apart from that, everything was absolutely superb. We highly recommend keeping the place as it is—no electricity needed! A must-visit for adventure lovers! 🌿🏕️

Absolutely loved our stay at this camping site! I went with a group of friends, and we had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality and the warmth of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. The tents were well-maintained, spacious, and set up in a beautiful, serene area, providing just the right balance of comfort and nature. We could truly relax and enjoy the outdoors while still having the essentials taken care of. The highlight of our trip was the bonfire setup, where we gathered that night under the stars. It was such a perfect spot to share stories, enjoy music, and just soak in the peaceful vibe of the place. Overall, the combination of great service, scenic surroundings, and fun activities made our camping trip truly special.
